When I turned 50, I realized I'd spent years hiding from my age, shaped by insecurities, a youth-obsessed industry, and a belief that aging was something to fear. Everything changed when a friend passed away before reaching 50. Losing her made me see the truth: aging isn't a burden. It's a privilege.

 

I stopped shrinking and started embracing every year and every version of myself. And I knew countless women felt the same quiet pressure to stay "forever young." That's why I created a space to redefine what it means to age as a woman today.
